Putrid feedback from nashua mobile staff

I wish to express my disgust regarding the horrific service I have received from Every Nashua mobile staff member i have dealt with regarding an insurance claim i made on the 9/8/13, its over a month now and I have received no conclusive feedback, made >30 phonecalls, spoken to >10 staff, visited the store >9 times. Nobody wants to handle this case, they say they will phone me back but no response some of the managers I have spoken to include -Prinesh (bluff), Ursula, Mbali, Brandon/Bradley.(Head office). Left 6 messages for Clinton (manager) at Head office but no reply even after 3 days. This service is disgusting and it was the fault of nashua mobile staff member at clearwater mall in jhb but every body i speak to passes the buck and says they will investigate and reply but not a single person has replied in over a month. All people associated with me and myself will never do any further business with Nashua mobile. It has even come to a point where they don't take my calls, just put me on hold untill i hang up - 25/30 mins. The Bluff branch doesn't even ansewr the telephone at all. Call center agents are totally rude and despite me cancelling my debt order they still debt my acc.
