Contract was taken out for 2 phones. Over a month of dealing with non porting of phone numbers (cell c direct to cell c on nashua mobile led to being cut off had to run on prepaid). Eventually sorted out a month later. Wrong phone delivery still awaiting 1 phone. Lack or delaid response from Head office to francise managers querries. I don't blame the poor manager even he feels highly embarrassed at the companies unprofessionallism and lack of customer communication skills. Calls by him to Nashua Mobile JHB head office go answered and repeated email requests take over 2 days to get answered and weeks to get acted upon. In desperation he gave me the Regional Eastern Cape / KZN Nashua Mobile franchise manager phone number who was contacted. Phone has been sitting in PE main office for over a week but can't be released due to price difference in the contract amount due to incorrect phone subsidy figures loaded. Phone now ready but main branch closed on weekends. Service delivery and poor communication, delays, blaming, excuses, broken promises and son thinks Im a BS merchart as XMAS present outstanding leave a bitter taste.
