I took out a R99 data contract in Nov 2012, all was good and well until the 1 Aug 2013 when all of a sudden the SIM card no longer broadcasted any data, I went to MTN Elridge and was told by Moshe that H/O has disconnected the account due to behavior. Thank you MTN for never even informing me or questioning me when I have a paid up bill with no outstanding monies and the SIM card. Moshe told me to send a letter asking for the account to be reactivated, that was the 16th. Could someone please inform me what is going on, I want a copy of the email that was sent on my behalf asking the account to be cancelled and this matter resolved, I am also not paying for the month of Aug that I have not had access to the facility, that I use for business I may add.
