FED UP WILL ALL THIS NONSENSE

So this is my 3rd report about cell c, and yet again nothing has been done. AND WELL MORE .
App my previous issue was sorted out and closed without me knowing about it, I had to call in and be notified that this query was closed, opened a new case on the 15-08 at 19.36 pm, received a msg stating they will contact me in 24-48 hours and still nothing, what kind of operation do you people run, I will not accept this and i am going to refer your to the credit ombud.
