I would like to commend the 2 individuals from the claims department who assisted me with such awesome service...
After MANY frustrating calls and escalations, where nothing happened, I eventually spoke to Shamilla James & Moshe Modimola who worked hand in hand & after waiting / struggling with the other incompetent rude individual for 3 weeks, Shamilla & Moshe managed to complete the process within just a few hours. Moshe was kind enough to make 2 calls to me in 1 day informing me of the progress of the authorization as well as taking the effort to make the call the next morning to say that the payment had been concluded.
