I am not a happy camper. In fact I am extremely angry! I purchased a new BB 9360 in March this year. Paid cash. Plugged it in to charge about 10 days ago and it would not charge/switch on. Had been working fine until that point. Took it in to Somerset West Vadacom repair store who sent it to JHB. Now I am told that "I" broke the circuit board and need to pay almost R1 900.00 to get the phone repaired. No one can tell me how "I broke" the circuit board which is on the inside of the phone and to top it all my warranty has now fallen away!!! Unacceptable service and I am certainly not leaving it there. The consumer council will be getting a letter of complaint. Not acceptable!!! Perhaps it is time to look for a different service provider. I then get an email address to send the complaint to and then a promise to come back to me within 48 hours. Now I get a call from Vodacom Somerset West to collect my still not repaired phone. I don't know about anyone else out there but I certainly can't afford to pay R4 000.00 for a new phone every 4 1/2 months or pay for repairs for damage which "I" caused and still no one can tell me how
