MTN Poor service- no refund after months!

After months complaining about the poor service where Zelda at MTN Riverside Boulevard incorrectly connected a duel simcard on our mobile in stead of our Tab (data card) we have not received any assistance from MTN. We received a letter from Christiaan Stander indicating that we roamed, used the data and therefore we have to pay for it. We have not roamed - that is when you are out of the country Christiaan! After an e mail back to him on 12 August 2013 we have received no response from Christiaan or MTN in general. We had to pay R4230-85 to MTN because their employee incorrectly captured data and they are passing the buck. Being a loyal MTN client for 15yrs with not one late payment and being treated like this is shocking MTN. Real poor service, even worse communication skills in your organization and no support or responsibility taken up by this company. This is now going to my attorney, the consumer council and every newspaper that will listen, I'll phone in to every talk show to tell people about it as a matter of principle.
