Incorrect Admin costing me thousands

Hi i have been a MTN loyal client since 1998 (15 yrs). I also expanded my account with a contract on a Galaxy Tab with 2 Gig internet access. I further asked for a dual sim to be connected on the sim of the TAB so that I can use it for a back up if our internet at home is off. The dual sim card however has been captured incorrectly by the above mentioned store unknown to me. After a week away from home on 11 May 2013 we eventually spent time on the internet and my phone was suspended. I received a couple of sms's and a call from a very unpleasant call centre person by the name of Mohale. After numerous e-mails and calls I still do not know what is happening on this account and who will resolve the problem. In my opinion MTN should refund me on all the money subtracted on this account as my internet bundle of 2 gig is paid monthly and they bill me out of bundle rates on my cell phone. The amount R3918-98 was captured as out of bundle usage. I had to pay the money up front to get my account active again. Very poor service from MTN in this regard and in resolving our enquiry so far.
