Contract cancellation requested 3 times!!!

I requested to cancel my 3g contract with CellC on the 22nd April. I received the settlement value and made payment.
On the 23rd April I was told I must give 30 days written notice, which I then did.
I sent another request for cancellation on the 25th June after I was billed for June.
I sent a third request for cancellation on the 7th August after I was billed for July.
It seems that the settlement was never taken into account as such, but the incorrect billings were deducted from it. A debit order went through in July which I reversed.
I got feedback on the 12th August saying that someone will contact me in 48 hours. Well that was 10 days ago now, and not a whisper.
All I ask is that the contract be cancelled on the 23rd May as I originally requested and all subsequent billings be reversed.
If you ever considered using CellC for data or otherwise, I would advise against it strongly based on their complete lack of administration.
