Customer service sucked big time

I called vodacom regarding a contract and spoke to malebo who i did specify what number i need to be used to covert to a contract number. thant was only noted on the system and not processed from there on i called again yesterday to find out how this an be sorted, i spoke to denvor on 0117674000 who told me that he will get someone to contact me. Bongani then phoned me to tell me that he will get the matter sorted and promised to revert back to me by end of day yesterday. No call from Bongani and i called again today @ 12:54 spoke to Denvor who again forwarded me to Bongani and he tells me about a guy he contact about this issue. There is no sense of urgency with customer service. Being taken from pillar to post were as my account has already been debited really.
