Vodacom
Vodacom service is very bad

I want sign a new contract with Vodacom on line. due to save R290 if order on line.
I had call the vodacom number (08217844) so many times. and send all the finance certify to one consultant (Bongani), he also tell me Tatha will call me back, but I wait three days, no body call me.
then I call Bongani again, he tell me that Tatha will call me now, but I never receive anycall from vodacom.

It is so difficulty for a passport holder sign a new contract.
