On 8 February I upgraded my dsl line speed, however upon trying to connect, it turned out that I had completely lost my service. I contacted the call centre, Bongani was the respondent. Having to contact the USA at the time, I was rather irate, but Bongani was very friendly, and spent the next 45 minutes attempting to resolve the problem. In the end, he set up a new account and I had regained my service so could continue my net meeting with the US. Thank you for your efficient assistance Bongani.
