This is the third time im complaining about the exact same problem on hellopeter. I must have logged 20 tickets also with telkom by now. And guess what IT IS NOT RESOLVED.
Paying for a 2mb line and only getting 1 mb. I phone the call centre and they reset the port and then after two days im back to 1mb.
I am expecting the person that responds to this complaint to say they will escalate BLAH BLAH $#@$#@! BLAH. And i also expect NOTHING to be done.
And no I am not at home during work hours so phoning the landline wont work.
