Lack of feedback and bad service

Vodacom is providing bad service.
I took a contract in November and cancelled it within 14 days. On the 3rd of December the phone was collected and I was promised that they will get back to me.
When I called I was given a run around and transferred to different departments. One lady told me that I have to call REWARDS (I don't know who they are and don't have any contract with them) and sort the query with them.
I then spoke to a team leader on the 20th of December (Bhekumuzi Ntuli) who transferred me Chantel Naidoo from REWARDS. She promised me that she will escalate the query and get back to me in 48 hours. When I called Vodacom after 48 working hours I was told that rewards have closed for the holidays and there is nothing they can do.
7 January I called Vodacom Cancelations department and after holding for 15 minutes I was transferred to REWARDS. I spoke to Chantel Naidoo who said they are dealing with it and I'llget feedback in 48 working hours. Today I spoke to Smarts. He said a service request has been logged but still pending, they will provide feedback ONCE they have attended it. When I asked to speak to the manager he told me that managers DON'T TAKE CALLS
