Pathetic service and Unwilling to assist

I called Cell C at 9:16am to reduce my call usage limit by R100.00 after my line has been suspended due to reaching my limit. To my surprise the agent (Lerato Maduna) advised me that I can't increase my limit more than once a month I can only increase it next month. My credit limit is R1200 and my call limit is currently R300 and I don't understand how I can't be able to increase it. I have I have received an sms notification this morning that I should call Cell C to increase to my limit. Lerato told that it is a new policy that was effective from last week which I advised her that I am not aware of the policy it was never communicated to me as the customer. I have increased my limit on Sunday with no hussle I don't understand the issue now. I am not sure if the agent is not willing to assist or what is the issue but I am not please at all about the pathetic service that I received. It os actually not the first time experiencing this kind of service from Cell C and it is very disturbing and upsetting. Lerato advised me that the team leader Ruth Gobhoza will call within 10 mins and that was 45 mins ago and I can't use my line, I'm expecting feedback from Cell C for inconvenience.
