On the 27th of May my mom called in to request that they cancel her contract of two years. She lost the phone 2 weeks after she had purchased it, when she tried to cancel the contact then she was told that she didnt insure the phone. So she continued to pay for the phone she didnt use for 24 months. The contarct ended in Feb, Autopage continued to debit the account on a month to month basis stating the for some odd reason after that period they put their clients on a month to month contract if they do not cancel their debits. On this day - 27th, she requested that the contract be terminated, which they agreed; However on the 1st of June there was another debit on her acc. when she called in to request for her money back she was told that it is her fault that she cancelled the contract late, the contract was terminated on the 28th of May but the debit was scheduled to be paid.

What kind of nonsense is that, taking advantage of an elderly woman, who cant fight for herself, for two years she has been paying for a phone she didnt use, couldnt the provider check this, I am appauled. No 1 made her aware that there will be a June debit after she cancelled. She would like a refund.
