Balance not going down

I have been receiving a balance of R23 000.00 since January from this bank, I received a statement and queried it, since january my balance have been that amount. I called today as I received an sms that my balance is R23231.31, last month when I called I was given a balance of R22721.34, this was on the 08/03/2013, This means that after the 25/03/2013 my balance should have dropped to 22105.31. instead I get another sms that states 23231.31. The balance is a total mess up, When I spoke to Sam he is also said that the balance should be more, I dont agree, my balance have been irregular for some time now, and I feel that you guys are actually palying me for a fool, my money is not some yoyo that you can just decide no lets give her a higher balance again. Now I am going to go according to teh balance I received last month of R22721.34 and refuse to go up again, where did you ever get this that an account balance goes up instead of down.

Dont make your incompetence my problem.
