I HAVE TAKEN MY BLACKEBERRY 9360 IN FOR REPAIRS ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO AND NEVER ONE DAY DID MTN CALL ME TO PROVIDE FEEDBACK.THE SATURDAY THAT WENT PASS I WENT INTO THE STORE TO FOLLOW-UP AND WAS TOLD BY MONDAY MY PHONE WILL BE IN THE STORE AND WILL CONTACT ME WHICH NO ONE DID.TRIED TO CALL THE STORE AND THE NUMBER DOESNT WORK.SO I WENT IN ON MONDAY TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND THEY DONT HAVE IT.SPOKE TO UGAN AND HE SAID THAT THE NEXT DAY I MUST COME IN AND PICK UP A NEW SWOP OUT PHONE WHICH I DID AND ONLY TO FIND OUT ITS NOT A NEW PHONE.ITS SOMEONE ELSES REPAIRED PHONE THEY WANT TO GIVE ME.I WANT MTN TO REPLACE MY HANDSET WITH A NEW ONE NOT A REFURBISHED PHONE AS THIS WASNT WANT I WAS TOLD.I WANT THIS TO BE SORTED OUT TODAY.
