Every time you call their service department they cut you off. I have a 10 gig data contract with them and am unable to use it for online gaming. Worked fine for almost a year..now you just keep getting disconnected. Their systems dont work, they are unable to correct the issue but they expect full payment every month!!! 8ta is absolutely useless...
