Useless Internet

PLEASE DO NOT OPEN A 8TA DATA CONTRACT, THERE IS NO INTERNET CONNECTION AT ALL. I have a 24 month 8ta 3G contract which is now useless as i'm unable to even open the google homepage because of "NO INTERNET CONNECTION". The entire day goes by with "NO SERVICE" on my iPad and im only able to use it a little at night when im home. Yet I tested with another service provider's 3G card and the internet connection works fine. The service consultants have no experience in assisting, Cancelling the contract will result in a R800 penalty fee. I'm paying for 3G internet, even though I dont have any internet, this is ludicrous and an absolute rip off!!!
