Unable to supply service as per contract

I have the same problem (as mentioned by other customers of 8-ta) in that I am unable to receive SMS's on my 8-ta contract. Also certain numbers (other people) are unable to call me. Since August 28 (at the end of the 2 year contract period) we have been trying unsuccessfully to cancel this contract. Today on the 1ste of November it is still active. The big problem is also that they subtract their moneys via debit order which means the customer is unable to stop payment. And have anybody ever tried to get hold of a manager...?! They simply do not exist! It seems Telkom is running their operations with the poor people at Customer "Services" who have to take the brunt for Telkom's inability to deliver services as per their contracts with clients.
WE JUST WANT TO GET RID OF TELKOM IN OUR LIVES!!!
