I am so fed up with this Paying the account every month via online, but no no no they cut the line, I am convinced that they have cell c police that sit there and wait when the clock turn to 15h00 they all kick and scream and pull the plug... And I am back on my other line to reconnect it (Thank You Mari From waterfall mall branch) she put it back on. Because she have my emails and online banking statements, she know the account is paid. I have put in a COMPLAINT at the branch the day I stopped my one line, but do you know, my oh my they e-mail me and say THANK YOU FOR YOUR COMPLIMENT. Man I almost fell of my chair, and the poor chap that phone me to ask (You qualify for a contract with cell c.. He had a mouthful. I WILL CANCELL ALL MY LINES AS SOON AS POSSABLE and I hope they will close cell c's doors foreve
