I signed up for the Galaxy S4, on a MTN350 package on 2013-04-27. I was told that this consist of R350 airtime, 350 sms, 350 meg data and 60min Mtn to Mtn calls. I was happy and signed my contract. May and June pass and all went well. All went of the way it was explained to me, data of the data, sms of the sms calls of the R350 and my Mtn to Mtn of my 60min. End of July I saw that my Mtn to Mtn was not going of my 60min any more but of my R350. I called and was rudely told that is how it work and if I'm not happy to loge a complain. I did and after a week I was called. I explain what my problem was and was told that Mtn did change how it work and that the people were informed. I was never informed as I would not just accept it. I told the gentleman this and also said that this is not what I signed up for, or what was explained to me or how it work the first 2 months. Mtn can not just change a contract or how it work whit out the consent of the other party. I was told that they will pull my file and get back to me. It is now 2 weeks later and no response yet. Is this not breach of a contract and the consumer act?
