Upgraded my contract last month, to a lower tariff.
This month I'm still on my old higher tariff contract and they cant change my contract on their system until next month.
I find it hard to believe, with all the technology we have, that you cant just click on your pc and change my contract. Vodacom just trying to make an extra Rand.
Asked to speak to a manager and the guy said no, then got cut off...
