It's been four months since I signed up with Telkom and from day 1 I've never been happy. First the wrong product was loaded on my account, then installation was not done properly by the rudest technician whom I reported and nothing was done about that, to their agents being clueless about their products and customer service and the cherry on top has been and I feel forever will be the slow internet connection I've reported every third day of the week. I've fought with these people at the call center, spoken to supervisors, managers and nothing has been done. Last week they sent a technician who couldn't even run an internet speed test. I have never defaulted on my payments but still seat with no internet connection, Huge bill that I pay, no apologies what so ever from telkom and pathetic service ever from their cal centers. They have great marketing strategies on hand but dismally fail to deliver simplest of service and demand their money...

If it was for me I'd shut them down without thinking twice...
