Lack of Response from and Poor Customer Service

Their was no feedback given by the store - I am still waiting for the response on how Vodacom intend to resolve this matter - I have been patient long enough. It looks like i am getting nowhere fast so I take it that you are not too concern that I take this matter further with the consumer council and escalating this matter further with the help of my attorney?
