I posted 2 complains here after months of frustration, none has been resolved. EC-ZHLY-21SAQE not resolved in full. Offers has been made to resolve the matter partially but Vodacom refuses to follow through and give me clearance and finality about the matter.
Also on complain no. S3-TKA3E-EDQXZ I received feedback that the matter has been resolved, but it has not! Any person who want to see how many times I have called and emailed Vodacom are welcome to contact me and I will forward everything.
I lost it with a operator this morning.
This is the most frustrating supplier in SA to talk to and if they cant fix it they drop it and hide it. Acting like a company in trouble.
WORST IS THIS!!.. another one of the "frustrators" will again start emailing me before looking at all the info they got and I will have to feed him like a baby again like I was doing for the past months.
I asked the previous ones to escalate the complain and it did not happen I stopped the mails and asked an area manager to look at this matter. STILL NO RESPONSE. In the mean time they sit on my handsets and the values are dropping. 6 months and counting!!
