Standard Bank
Refund Dues

I have my home loan with Standard Bank and I have a credit due with them which I have been waiting for over 4 weeks for them to resolve following them confirming that the matter would be settled within 7 days.

Service with Standard Bank is a general concern and I find that unless escalated you don't get a response or support from them.

Please can you assist in escalating this matter for me to get my refund.
