Unbelievable BAD service

I just don't know why everyone is still doing business with Auto Page - the service is so bad!!! As long as they make money out of you they do not care about anything else!!
I have 4 contracts with them and I do struggle with them every month. They cancel my debit order without one paper work or let permission and if you do made the eft payment the I still need to pay the reconnection fee how does that work? And they cut / suspended you line you can't even phone costumer care to find out what is going on - you need to phone from another phone. It is only Auto Page who let their customers PAY to use the customer care line I mean that is just ridiculous and also then the service on there is terrible. I paying double insurance on one line!! And the if I claim my phone for and follow the right producers I still need to wait 2 weeks for a new phone even if it is a business phone. But if you do not pay him the they can cut off you line and suspended it!? Please contact me I have much more to say or I will go to Cart Blace and the news Paper with all of my papers and show them what is going on really
