I will never recomend any one to Autopage. Two weeks before christmas i upgraded and distinctly told consultant i am leaving for Durban on the 23rd December my phones must be delivered by the 22nd. After numerous calls reminding them, i left an address for delivery in Durban. They still sent it to Limpopo i phone Bekkie a day after and ask him again where are my phones, it was at the couriers in Durban so i go look for this place and fetch them only to find 1 is not what i asked for, then our air time bill runs up because Bekkie did not explain about data. He told me i will be on top up but i pay a high bill because he didnt end my open line. He just wanted to make a sale and didn care how it would effect the customer. I called about this and no help i waited on the phone for a manager but no one came to the phone. Michelle tried his best to help me but sorry for him the rest at Auto page just makes him look bad. He should be manager as he has very good customer skills. I am so upset, this is my secound upgrade with Auto page and again a problem. I will not leave Auto page for this, they have treated me like a cheque, cashed me in and through me away. Who will pay my bill for all the calls.
