BAD SERVICE - IF ONLY THE DIRECTORS KNEW

Once upon a time long ago on the 19th of February 2013 (because it feels like a nightmare), i booked my phone in for repairs, (mind you it's a Black Berry) at Altech Autopage Canal Walk. I do understand that there is a waiting period for the repairs to be done, however what upsets me is the fact that not one single person with in the whole of Altech Auto Page can tell me where my cell phone is, is it in Cape Town or is it in JHB, further more when I try to follow up I get told that I the customer needs to go and find the waybill number, Is this my Job or Duty??? Should a massive company like Altech Autopage Cellular not have a system in place to track consumer's phones or repairs??? What really Fu*%s me off is that when they call to sell these contracts over the phone they are all so sweet and great and will bring the moon and stars to you just to get your business, once they have your details and bind you to a contract that's it, it's over as no one single person within Altech Autopage is willing or bothered to help you. Where is the after sales service you are promised. Up till this very moment I have no clue where my phone is yet I'm accountable for payment. PLEASE HELP!!!
