No service from Telkom

Telephone lines have been out of order for a week. Fault logged with reference number 203CWK170113 and we have had no response from Telkom at all, despite phoning regularly to request a technician. This is a costly exercise on my cellphone. The installation is of such poor quality that the lines are regularly down and my elderly parents require access to a working telephone line due to my father's poor health.
