Over billing spectacle at MTN

I've been an MTN customer for over 2 years now. On 01/08/2013 I received a SMS from my bank saying that a debit of R2233.77 had come through from MTN. I called MTN immediately to enquire about this and was informed that some customers were over billed including myself. I was assured that I would be refunded by 05/08. I called MTN again on 09/08 and spoke to Phumelele Gambu who was very rude in his responses to my questions. I escalated the matter and requested to speak to Mr. Gambu's manager. A Mr. Shabalala called me back, apologised for my dissatisfaction and promised to investigate Mr. Gambu's discussion with me. He also assured me that he would give me feedback on my billing query on Monday 12/08. This has not happened.

I tweeted to @MTNZA last week and nobody has reverted back to me.

I am very upset with the service I am currently receiving from MTN. I have never missed a single payment yet this is how I'm treated. I am considering taking this up with ICASA.
