Extremely Poor Service and Feedback response time

On Friday, 17 May 2013, I called Cell C with a query regarding a recently purchased MyZone Netcomm Wireless Router. I spoke to a sales consultant who assured me that the matter would be escalated to the relevant supervisor (Lizelle) and that I can expect a call from her within the course of the day.

Lizelle then contacted me and said she would resolve the matter and get back to me before the end of working on Friday.

No surprise!!! I never received a call back.

When I called Lizelle on Monday, 20 May 2013, to follow up; I realised that my query was not a priority as I had to remind her what it was about. Lizelle assured me once again that she will follow up and get back to me before she goes home at 8pm. I called again at 5pm to remind her to get back to me.

No surprise again!!! Still no phone call.

I am a new client to Cell C and I am appalled by the level of customer service.

Please help!?!?
