WOW, what a suprise. Cell C promises the world when you post a bad service online, to improve. BUT once the phone is down, nothing happens. I booked my phone in 2 weeks ago for software issues and now they are telling me it's a hardware issue and want R 478.00 for repairs. What does my software problem got to do with hardware??? My phone is also still brand new, screen cover and pouch, but according to Cell C repair department, I need to replace my speaker and pad. There was NOTHING wrong with hardware!!! I just now want to cancel my contract with them and go back to my old faithful supplier "Vodacom". I'm hoping that someone in higher management with some knowledge of "Customer Service" calls me regarding my complaint.
