Brand new phone repaired 4 times

I mostly smile because as a Cell C member, I do get the best call rates and service at Cell C Centurion. BUT in January 2013 is took out an extra contract on Cell C with a Blackberry for my mother to use. She did not even use the phone for a week and the scroll button gave problems. Sent the phone in for repairs, waited more than 21days and got the phone back. She switched it on and again not even a day and the scroll button again only works when it wants to. This carried on for 3-4 times. We have been paying for this contract every month but no usage could take place as the phone has now been in for repairs month in and month out. As it's a new phone, I do expect by the 3rd time, a brand new phone, and this was also confirmed by a cell c shop assistant. Phoned Cell C on Monday to enquire this, and I was told a team leader will phone me back. No one has even tried phoning me! I am not waiting another 21 days for that phone to come back again not working!!! This really changed my mind of Cell C and the service I normally receive. Ref CLC966302.
