Still no satisfaction

Notwithstanding the matter relating to the barring of my phone (ref 6344376) having been escalated up the line over a week ago I still have had no feedback. The problem dates back to April and it appears that Cell C are unable to resolve the issue. Also appears that I am going to be expected to forfeit the unutilised airtime.
Service at it's worst.
