Mweb
Internet not working for the past 4 days

I came back from holiday to find that my internet is not working. I tried switching off and on several times but still no success. I have now made 7 calls to mweb and each call centre person tries something new to make it work. The complicate matters the account is in my son's name and he is in Japan. I actually cannot communicate with my son in Japan because my internet is not working. I have been added as a contact to the mweb account but for some reason mweb won't reset the setting without his password and they don't seem to have any record that I am a second contact on the account. The Mweb bill is paid out of my bank account. I am at a complete loss as to what to do next. Each call to the call centre means that I have to explain the situation a zillion times to a new person. Where do I go to from here? My internet remains down.
