My ADSL problem 9 days old now. I pay for a 4meg line monthly, I'm receiving under 0.5megs at the moment.
Telkom's staff and mis-lead me the client all the time. I easily called 25 times already to follow up on the problem and nobosy can assist and they never call you back to update you on the progress. Apparently my line has a MWEB customer on it, how did they get that right. No technician ever been to my place but the system dispatch a technicia twice, all i got was a sms sayin gthe fault has been restored.

Telkom: you systems are not Customer service orientated, it;s there to protect you against you incompitant staff and protected they no come back to the same person for progress so whether they put the phone in your ear or to you that they will get back to you. NOBODY EVER CALLES BACK.

TELKOM YOU AND YOU STAFF TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE AND KNOW THERE IS NO COMEBACKS TO THEM BECAUSE YOUR SYSTEM CLIENT INTERFACE PROTECT THEM.

IM IN THE PROCESS OF CANCELLING EVERYTHING WITH TELKOM
