Incorrect amounts charged on bill

I have been charged a ridicoulas amount on my mtn data contract the end for this month.

I have logged this to be investigated at the end of last month, and only recieved feedback when logging this again on friday 16/08.

I cannot account for this and have asked MTN to send me a statement to show me when I used this data.
The sim is inserted in router and I mostly use this for work purposes. My statement shows connections made of times when I am certain where I have not used as there is nobody at home during these times. My router is secured with a strong password and is unbreakable. MTN refuses to do anything about this and is telling me that its all accounted fo
