Illegal deductions of airtime

I have been illegally subscribed to two mobile service called Integrat and Dialogue Mobile since June.

I have managed to unsubscribe to these services but I have been asking Cell C from the 1 August 2013 to send me my call records to see how much money have been illegally taken from me.

One company compensated me for taking my money illegally but the other hasn't and I am not sure if they paid me the right amount.

I have called Cell C more than 6 times and every time customer service tells me different amounts and dates that was subtracted. I would like to see for myself!

I have had the worst service and it is if the operators tells you anything just to get you off the line, one of the operators even put the phone down in my ear. I have spoken to their "Team Leaders" but with no prevail!

I also want to know how it is possible for cell c to subtract my money Illegally from my account? (Or give permission to do so if I haven't subscribed?

I also want to know where they got my number?
