Wrongly charged even when I did not use the accoun

On April I was charged /- R1600 which I did not know where its coming from. I called 5 times (ref no.s 2042511, 99360956, 99507189, 99835652) to get a detailed statement of when and on what was I charged for. in the first 3 calls I was told to wait 24hrs to get that statement, in the 4th I was told it 10 working days. on the last they said the statement was sent which I still did not get, although I do get monthly statements via my email.

And after receiving that R1600 bill I send a quiry via email provide on that monthly bill statement with no response till today. After getting that big bill I stopped using that account, but this month (May) the bill comes with R500. I called to query a statement again I was told I should have subscribed for a service that will allow for me to get statements on what I am being charged. I am being charged for what I have not used and they don't show me why I am charged that money.
