Mtn
No network for almost 24 hours

I'm really not impressed by the way MTN is doing business now. I called them yesterday regarding my iphone that i bought from them which has been working fine for long but is not picking up network now. They couldnt help me in any way, I called customer care for so many times and they were incompetent and non could help me get my phone working. I tried a vodacom sim and it works fine on my iphone but the mtn is not. I then went to mtn store and they couldnt help me either, they asked me to call the customer care again. It seems like being on mtn is a crime. I've been a loyal MTN customer but I'm really unhappy now.
