Vodacom
Vodacom cannot supply me with a working phone!

They've had my phone 26 days and returned it still not working.
Their complete lack of understanding of the iPhone product, makes me wonder whether if I contacted Apple and told them the catalogue of errors, Apple would take action and revoke their license.
It's fine if you get your phone through the Istore and utilize the Vodacom network but there is a completely different set of rules if you go direct to Vodacom.
It's so bad that if I bought a new iphone through Vodacom today and it didn't work for reasons having nothing to do with me, tomorrow, they would tell me to buy a new phone again.
Vodacom I am in sales and need a working phone - please help me - please I am begging you to help me.
I have not had a working phone for 34 days..I just need your empathy and your help please. Please. Nothing works in my dealings with you..nothing..
