As a good client I was to be rewarded for my loyalty and to help me save. I was called to my pre paid cell number. I was offered the top up 315. When the 25 th came and no deceptions made I was afraid that it had all been a to get my banking details and I reported it to my bank. Obviously I also never airtime, I continued to recharge as required. On Thursday 15th August I get an invoice and immediately call 111. After explaining 7times to 7 different departments I just put the phone down. The noise in the background coupled with the service consultants not speaking clearly and into the phone did not help solve my query. I have put a stop on my account so that Vodacom cannot deduct any payments. The account is in my name however the cell number quoted on the account is not mine! How Vodacom made that error is above me as the right number was called with this wonderful offer. I will check my credit rating and should this error on Vodacoms part impact negatively
on my good name I will take the matter further. I am not interested in the offer and want written confirmation
That this contractual error will be corrected immediately
