My name is Linda N. Mloyi l bought a phone at cell c eastgate it was a Blackberry last year contract phone before one year this phone crashed it was booked for re-pairs when they found that the phone is having a technical problem rejecting a new software they gave me back the phone unfixed. the phone had no water damage or any what so ever its a technical fault which l caused me to return it back to them l have been ignored by these guys since June till now. and this was not my new contract with them the first one was with a Samsung Star never gave me any problem until l was due for upgrade. l pay my account every months even now l never stop paying. Please help me Peter l need to know if l have been played by these guys or its my lose. l even gave them any option that they must fix the phone l will pay but nothing is done. in my mind rings that l was given a reject phone by cell c. here is their tracking no that appears on the slip they gave me the last time l booked the phone (R00938382) The date was 11/06/13 here is the IMEI NO of the phone 351515051968016.
