Please I need some clarity from Vodacom urgently

I had last month an invoice on a bundle which is normally R 149.-- of R 6 900.--we are pensioners and use the internet mainly for some Skype. So I complained and got a credit of R 5 000.-- which is good but still we pay too much. After not using this connection device the whole month I tried this morning and was told with an error message that I cannot connect since I am out of bundle. I was told by Vodacom that I was blocked. Fine I went to Vodacom Northgate and bought 1 GB after I paid I got a call that there was a mistake and I still have 1.85 GB on my number. So again I spend money for a fault which was not mine. I already locked complains that someone should please check this number but nothing happened. We are scared to use this modem but have to pay again, what do we do? Please can someone competent phone me (not just giving me a ref. number but actually do something to sort this problem out) Thank you.
By the way the salesperson at Northgate Vodacom his name is Lester should get lots of credit he is very helpful and friendly and tried his best to help us. But certain things like accounts obviously there is nothing can not do...
