Phone STILL not fixed

I took my phone into the repair centre at sandton city, advising that i was unable to upgrade the software on my phone and that the wifi was not working. i was assured that once the software upgrade was done wifi would work. i left there confident in the ability of the people there that when i got my phone back everything would be working. my wifi is still not working. what is really grinding me is that i now i have to take my phone back there, pay the R10 parking to drop it off and R10 to pick it up (will vodacom be refunding me for this) to get a phone that is very new fixed, because it was not done properly the first time. not to mention the inconvenience of taking time out of my weekend to do this again, AND having my phone wiped a 2ND TIME, after I just put everything back in and resaved my contacts. i am far from happy and i want this issue resolved the 2nd time i go there. I am not looking forward to losing all my information a 2nd time and being promised competent repair work without getting that. i am sick of the terrible service from vodacom :(
