I've been having massive problem in order to get a request completed from your business account department. Everytime i log a call the log gets closed with no action being taken. Nobody calls me back to give me an update as I request. I have to follow up on my own calls that I log and as per your sms's I get when i log a call is STATES that it will take 24hours to complete and I will be contacted. I'm getting of with the bad service im getting and I have even requested that a manager calls me but no luck. I think Vodacom is fine with just taking customers money and giving them a service. I can now understand why my friends move to other networks like MTN, Cell C and 8.ta. All i would like to do is upgrade my contract but i cant cause of some people who gets paid their salary every month and not do their work as requested from them to do.
