Cell c no better than a - consumer nightmare

In jan 2013 i took an iphone5 on cellc contract, after 6 days it went faulty, after 3 months there was still "no stock", when stock did eventually arrive i requested a refund for the extra handset fee for the previous 3 months as i had not had use of the device for the this duration, after many calls i was later told that i would be refunded, i refused to collect the handset until the full refund was done and to date i still do not have a handset, yet every month with out my consent (as i have sent a cancellation for the contract) cellc continues to money from my bank account.
really think twice before you change, as a college student i had MTN, and was refunded or given airtime for inconveniences caused, 8 years prior to october 2012 i had been with vodacom and had many billing issues but all resolved without a second set of communication needed, i have a neotel contract and have had a lesser difficult time getting billing issues corrected (neotel took approx 5 months) i even fould it easier to get telkom to credit incorrect billing so if you plan to change think twice, cell c your consumer nightmare definitely not champion
